LPB IS TAPING A NEW JOHN FOLSE SERIES--AND YOU CAN WATCH!
Have you ever wanted to attend the taping of a TV show? Here’s your chance. LPB will be taping the studio segments for the new 26-part A Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Co.: After the Hunt series in July. Starting on July 7 and running through July 27, we will have tapings Monday through Thursday at 11AM and 2PM in the LPB studios and 9:30AM on Fridays.
Not only do you get to see John and the crew in action, but you will also get a free meal. A limited number of seats are available for each taping, along with a special VIP table. Check out the latest trivia question on our website. A correct answer could win you a copy of Michael Bublé’s new CD Crazy Love or tickets to his sure-to-be sold out concert at the New Orleans Arena on July 14. Every week on Monday and Wednesday through the Fourth of July, we will be posting trivia questions about LPB, Michael Bublé or Independence Day on the LPB website will feature trivia questions. If you answer the question correctly, your name will go into the weekly drawings for a free CD. Everyone who answers correctly will also be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing for two tickets to the concert. That drawing will be July 6. All entries must be done online.

JOIN LPB FOR LOUISIANA PUBLIC SQUARE IN ALEXANDRIA ON JULY 22
LPB will tape its July edition of Louisiana Public Square on Thursday, July 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center in Alexandria. The Center is located at 1203 3rd St. in downtown Alexandria.
Agriculture in Louisiana is the topic for the program. Up to 16 citizens selected by the LSU Public Policy Research will have a chance to voice their opinion on the issue and question the panel of experts. LPB President/CEO Beth Courtney and LSU Media Law Professor Craig Freeman are the hosts for the program.
If you would like to be in the studio audience for the program, RSVP BY July 16 to LPB at 1-800-272-8161, extension 4204 or e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a special reception and the taping will be from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. The program will air Wednesday, July 28 at 7PM on LPB.
