PROGRAMMING NEWS:
Prohibition continues tonight! At 7, see part two - A Nation of Scofflaws. In 1920, Prohibition goes into effect and millions of law-abiding Americans become lawbreakers overnight. We will have an encore showing of the episode at 9PM.
Tuesday night at 7, we'll have the final episode of Prohibition - A Nation of Hypocrites. Gangsters make huge profits and wreak havoc in cities across the nation. That episode will also encore at 9PM.
LPB goes to the dogs Wednesday night! At 7, Nature will trace dogs' roles as guard, hunter, hauler, and spiritual protector. At 9, we'll have an encore showing of Great Performances. Actor Hugh Laurie shows his musical side as he performs with blues legends in New Orleans. You can download the track "Police Dog Blues" for free.
Thursday nights starting at 7, we travel to Great Britain, with Antiques Roadshow UK, Doc Martin, Foyle's War, and Prime Suspect.
Friday night, Charlie and Shauna tell you about the latest news and events across the state on Louisiana: The State We're In at 7PM. That is followed by the rest of our news and public affairs lineup: The McLaughlin Group, Washington Week, and Need to Know.
Saturday at 11PM, R&B hits the Austin City Limits stage with Raphael Saadiq and Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears.
Inspector Lewis takes on a blackmail plot that goes wrong and turns more sinister on Masterpiece at 8PM. At 10:30, meet some of the artists whose works are up for bid in the 2011 LPB Art & Travel Auction.

Featured performers include Gene “Duke of Earl” Chandler, The Coasters (“Yakkety Yak”), The Chiffons (“One Fine Day”), Shirley Alston Reeves, the former lead singer of the Shirelles, and Baton Rouge’s own Jimmy Clanton.
