HAPPY LABOR DAY! Tonight starting at 7, Antiques Roadshow visits Hartford, Connecticut, and then Las Vegas.

Tuesday night at 7, the History Detectives investigate someone who may have smuggled Andy Warhol's art to the moon. At 8, see part one of Written in Blood on Midsomer Murders.

Wednesday night at 7, Nature explores if men and animals can live in politically-challenged and dangerous Iraq. At 8, NOVA follows the construction of One World Trade Center and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City.

Thursday is British night on LPB, with Antiques Roadshow UK, Doc Martin, Masterpiece, and Garrow's Law.

Friday, see the complete news and public affairs lineup, starting with Louisiana: The State We're In at 7.

Saturday is Britcom night starting at 8: Last of the Summer Wine, Keeping Up Appearances, Outnumbered, and After You've Gone. Then it's British drama at 10 with MI-5.

Sunday is the 10th anniversary of 9/11. At 7, LPB will air America Remembers - 9/11, a special broadcast from PBS NewsHour. At 8, Great Performances presents The New York Philharmonic 10th Anniversary Concert for 9/11. The concert will encore at 9:30. Join LPB and PBS as we remember the significance of this date.

FRIENDS OF LPB'S ANNUAL MEETING

LPB LPB is hosting a Rock, Pop and Doo Wop Holiday Concert on Saturday, December 3rd at the LSU Union Theater. Featured performers include Gene “Duke of Earl” Chandler, The Coasters (“Yakkety Yak”), The Chiffons (“One Fine Day”), Shirley Alston Reeves, the former lead singer of the Shirelles, and Baton Rouge’s own Jimmy Clanton. LPB & BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD OF LOUISIANA WANT YOU TO STEP IT UP!

LPB LPB, funded by a grant from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana, have launched an online site designed to help teens and tweens control and reduce their weight. We will provide information from health professionals in order to motivate and encourage young people to get active and eat healthier. We will also have exerpts from LPB's Kids: Trying to Trim Down program and the Step by Step: Kids Trimming Down series. Kids can ask questions on the site that will be answered by the health professionals. Kids and parents will also get tips on tackling the problem of childhood obesity.

Anyone is welcome to go to the site and take part in the program. C'mon, everybody - Step It Up!
