The best way to get kids to eat healthier, better-balanced meals is to bring them into the kitchen and involve them in the meal preparation process.

TIPS:
Keep the avocado pit in the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.

Vidalia onions are equally good; but don’t use yellow or white.

Add cilantro to taste if your family likes this pungent herb.
