Holiday Rhubarb Soup

Sample Recipe

1 16 oz. pkg. frozen rhubarb
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. B and B Liqueur
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. orange juice
2-3 drops of red food color

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes. Mash with potato masher or mix with hand mixer. Garnish with cream. Makes 6 servings.
