3/4 c. apple cider or apple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and comes to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes one cup.
