Bill Barrow is a capital bureau reporter for The Times-Picayune of New Orleans, where he has worked since November 2006. Before coming to the Times-Picayune, Barrow worked five years for the Press-Register of Mobile, Ala., where he covered Alabama politics and higher education. A native of Bay Minette, Ala., Barrow graduated from Auburn University in 2000 with a bachelor of arts in journalism.
