Dr. Corbello has taught at Southeastern since 1987. He was the co-founder and director of the Southeastern Poll from 1991 - 2011. Corbello is the author of numerous publications, including 35 editions of "Tracking Louisiana Opinions." His research has focused on the political attitudes and behavior of the Louisiana electorate. Among the numerous courses Dr. Corbello has taught include American Politics, Louisiana Politics, American Foreign Policy, The Louisiana Legislature in Session, and Environmental Politics. He has been the director of the Southeastern - Salzburg (Austria) International Summer School since 2004. He is currently President of Corbello Opinion Research, Inc.
