There are approximately 427,000 working age adults with disabilities in Louisiana, yet 295,000 are not in the workforce. Brittany Howard with Louisiana Workforce Commission is in the studio to discuss nine statewide job fairs beginning in October designed to inform employers of potential tax benefits as well as help persons with disabilities find jobs.
