Oil Spill Litigation Begins Monday

The BP Oil Spill litigation begins Monday in New Orleans federal court. Delcambre commercial fisherman Preston Dore will be attending and says BP has not lived up to the promise of making people whole again after the oil spill. The class action lawsuit consolidates 535 lawsuits and represents over 110,000 people who have filed claims against BP, Transocean and Halliburton.
