Progress is being made to restore electricity after Hurricane Isaac, but it is slow. During the height of the outage, nearly 600,000 Entergy customers were without power. Outages stretched from Louisiana to Mississippi to Arkansas. Joining us with more on the situation is Sheila Pounders from Entergy.
