The Hip-Hop culture is moving outside of its urban roots and making its way into the mainstream. A Hip-Hop dance instructor is teaching a class at Episcopal High in Baton Rouge. Thousands of people attended a recent Hip-Hop festival in the capitol city to promote Hip-Hop forms of art, music, dance and poetry.
