Teacher Tenure Law Ruled Unconstitutional (05:29) It’s strike two for Governor Bobby Jindal’s teacher tenure law. A district court judge has once again ruled it unconstitutional. Remembering Bluesman Tabby Thomas (19:48) Legendary blues artist and nightclub owner Tabby Thomas passed away on New Year’s Day at the age of 84. Thomas carried the torch for performing and preserving the blues music scene in Baton Rouge when he opened “Tabby’s Blues Box” in 1979. SHARE
