Will there be more cuts to the state budget or will the rainy day fund be tapped? Lawmakers at the state capitol debated many issues including the $210 million dollar shortfall in the state’s current budget. Land owners and oil companies also tried to work out legislation that allows 30 day notice for landowners before drilling can begin. Charlie Whinham has this week’s legislative wrap.
