The holiday season in Louisiana kicks off this weekend with the Natchitoches Festival of Lights. Charlie Whinham explains how this central Louisiana event that began in 1927 captivates visitors and townfolk alike with over 300,000 Christmas lights along the Cane River, downtown horse drawn carriage rides, and a guarantee of snow!
