50th Anniversary of JFK Assassination (4:15) In one week, the nation will mark the 50TH anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy . His life and death still capture the attention of the nation and the world. The West Baton Rouge Museum is displaying an incredible exhibit by one of the most prolific photographers who captured public and private moments with the president and his family. Prescription for Health with Dr. Rani Whitfield (10:17) One in seven babies in Louisiana are born premature. This month the March of Dimes issued the state an “F” on their “Premature Birth Report Card.” Dr. Rani Whitfield and March of Dimes of Louisiana Director Makesha Judson discuss the causes and what can be done to improve the current situation. Come to Kisatchie! (18:41) Fall is one of the ideal times to visit the Kisatchie National Forest. The national forest is made up of five separate and vast districts that total 600,000 acres.
